In this role, Physical Therapists will have the opportunity to work with geriatric and/or pediatric patients in their homes, making a direct difference in their lives. Physical Therapist Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Bachelors or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Physical Therapy License in NY State
• Compassionate and comfortable working with geriatric and/or pediatric populations
• Newly graduated physical therapists are welcome We offer a VERY strong and structured mentorship program.
• Physical therapist should be able to travel between the homes of patients in geriatric and pediatric populations
• Timely submission of documentation
• Eagerness to progress their patients to their highest potential. Help us debunk the myth that homecare physical therapy is poor quality and lacks skill
• Provide a level of care that you would want your loved ones to receive

Pay: $85, $110,000.00 per year
