Job Description:

Join our Data & AI Advisory team as a trusted advisor to guide clients through complex data and AI transformations. This strategic role demands expertise in data strategy, governance, and ethical AI adoption. You'll develop roadmaps, oversee frameworks, and drive successful client engagement, aligning with evolving AI regulations. A central component of your leadership will be providing strategic oversight and actively driving the adoption and effective usage of Master Data Management (MDM) products and solutions, particularly those within the Informatica suite.

Key Responsibilities:

You will drive strategic outcomes by:

• Leading strategic AI and data initiatives, aligning with client objectives.

• Designing and implementing holistic data governance and AI governance frameworks.

• Conduct data maturity assessments and provide actionable recommendations.

• Overseeing end-to-end Informatica MDM roadmaps, guiding strategic design, deployment, and value realization.

• Advising clients on the optimal strategic implementation and optimization of Informatica MDM, Data Quality (IDQ), Data Catalog (EDC), and Axon solutions to ensure data trust and compliance.

• Developing strategic data integration patterns utilizing Informatica PowerCenter or Cloud Data Integration (CDI).

• Translating complex data challenges into actionable solutions leveraging Informatica's strategic capabilities.

• Partnering with clients to understand and strategically leverage data from SAP transaction management platforms (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) across key modules.

• Providing strategic guidance on integrating and governing SAP data for enterprise initiatives.

• Building long-term client relationships and contributing to thought leadership.

• Mentoring junior team members and enhancing advisory offerings.

Minimum Requirements:

• 7 years in data strategy, AI governance, or data management, ideally in a consultative role.

• Strong understanding of data management frameworks (DAMA DMBOK, DCAM) and AI governance principles.

• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing client engagements.

• Experience in data maturity assessments and policy formulation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct hands-on experience with Informatica MDM solutions (e.g., Customer 360, Product 360, Reference 360, Data Quality), with a focus on guiding clients through design, roadmap, and value realization across various master data domains.

• Strategic experience advising on, or overseeing implementations of, robust data management tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra), AI/ML/analytics, and hyperscalers.

• Familiarity with AI governance tools/platforms (e.g., Holistic AI).

• Deep understanding of Informatica's Data Governance & Catalog capabilities (Axon, EDC) from an advisory perspective, including their application in cloud/hybrid environments.

• Expertise in advising on Informatica PowerCenter and Cloud Data Integration (CDI) as part of data strategy.

• Strong exposure to SAP transaction management platforms (S/4HANA, ECC), understanding core data structures and functional processes (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM) to inform data strategy and integration methodologies (e.g., ABAP, SLT).

• Ability to articulate the strategic impact of SAP data on enterprise data strategy and digital transformation.
