The focus is on building reliable, high-value tools that translate complex business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
Technical Core & Responsibilities
GenAI & Agent Orchestration
- System Architecture: Architect and design GenAI solutions and agent-based systems tailored to specific enterprise needs.
- Hands-on Prototyping: Lead the development, optimization, and fine-tuning of AI/ML models and agent frameworks.
- Orchestration: Evaluate and implement the latest trends in LLMs and Agent Orchestration to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
- Tech Stack Expertise: Deep, practical expertise with OpenAI, LangChain, and other modern GenAI frameworks.
Leadership & Strategy
- Technical Roadmapping: Translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps and actionable deliverables.
- Expert Guidance: Drive key technical decisions and set the standard for best practices in AI and agent development.
- Mentorship: Lead internal teams through upskilling initiatives and knowledge transfer to ensure organization-wide AI literacy.
