Project Manager, Portfolio & Business Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced digital media environment. This role combines program leadership with operational oversight, supporting content, product, and business teams to deliver high-impact projects and drive organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional initiatives across content, product, and business teams
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful execution
• Drive alignment on priorities and ensure projects support broader strategic goals

Operations & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support planning and business operations
• Establish and manage processes, governance frameworks, and communication rhythms
• Facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and maintain strong stakeholder alignment

Execution & Continuous Improvement

• Oversee project execution and adjust plans to meet evolving business needs
• Implement tools and methodologies to track progress and improve efficiency
• Identify risks and optimize processes to enhance delivery and team performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience managing complex projects in a corporate or digital/media environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Experience working with content, media, or digital product teams
