Your Role:

• Supervise employees in filling, packaging, and production operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure production targets are met.
• Coordinate production schedules with maintenance, blending, and warehouse teams.
• Provide coaching and corrective action to production employees.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Prepare production paperwork and attend production-related meetings.
• Support overall manufacturing operations to improve workflow and productivity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: manufacturing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role preferred. Ability to operate a forklift a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities,
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and production software.
• Multitasker: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.

Physical Ability: Comfortable with lifting (5-50 lbs), standing, crouching, and operating machinery as needed.
