.NET Support Lead

Job title: .NET Support Lead (Only OPTEAD)

Role is hybrid (3 days/wk)

Based out of Louisville, KY

• Customer issue resolution: Act as a point of contact for escalated or complex customer inquiries and complaints that frontline staff cannot resolve. Analyse production issue and support the application maintenance
• Development work: Determine and prioritize maintenance work, which includes bug fixes, performance improvements, and security updates
• Performance monitoring: Track team performance, analyze metrics, and implement solutions to improve service levels, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Process improvement: Identify areas for improvement, implement new processes, and create training materials to enhance support services.
• Coordination and communication: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth information flow and coordinate efforts to meet strategic objectives.
• Operational management: Manage work queues, and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

• What you need to have to be considered
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET framework including VB .NET, Windows form.
• Hands -on Experience in MQ and window service
• Proven hands-on experience in building WebAPI
• Proficiency in SQL Server databases and Active reports.
• Desired to have exp with Azure cloud services.
• These will help you stand out
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development and serverless architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Mandatory skills (must be showcased on resume): NET Windows Forms, SQL, MQ
