Description:
The Purpose Program Coordinator supports the Communications Lead and will support program activities, drive engagement, and ensure the strategic alignment of purpose-driven efforts with our communication goals. The team is global in nature and frequently interacts with stakeholders and business lines, both inside and outside of the Company.
This will be a hybrid role. 3 days in the Rockville MD office and 2 days remote.

- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across audiences — from executive outreach to internal stakeholder alignment
- Experience supporting high-visibility events or programming, including drafting speaker invitations, briefing materials, and concept notes
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Skills or experiences are considered required:
- Proven experience drafting executive-level communications, including outreach to C-suite and senior leaders
- Organizational skills with experience coordinating across internal teams, experience with project management tools like Monday.com
- An understanding of marketing and storytelling best practices
- Comfort with email design and digital content formatting for event and communications campaigns

- In general, you are expected to identify, enhance and follow specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiency and impact of our Purpose.
- • Collaborate with the Communications Lead to design, implement, and evaluate purpose-driven programs.
- • Demonstrated ability in creative writing and storytelling, with experience crafting compelling narratives for campaigns, partnerships, or brand initiatives.
- • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media content creation, including developing assets that amplify event stories and engage audiences across platforms.
- • Strong organizational skills with the ability to support project workflows—tracking timelines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders to help initiatives launch successfully.
- • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with our Purpose and brand messaging.
- • Supports execution of digital communications for the Purpose strategy across platforms including Knak, Marketo, Drupal, Nasdaq.com, Insider, and video channels—ensuring timely content uploads, platform optimization, and alignment with brand messaging.
- • Coordinate with external and internal cross-functional teams to deliver programs effectively, integrating purpose into overall communications strategies.
- • Support the development and distribution of communications materials related to Purpose initiatives, including managing assets for the Purpose in Action newsletters and the semi-annual Purpose in 90 video segments.
- • Maintain project momentum by managing meeting logistics and set up, agendas, and attendees; document any decision-making in notes.
- • Support various stakeholders with ad-hoc requests regarding Purpose partnerships and projects
- • Provide primary administrative support for the Purpose team and backup for other related teams as needed.
- Experience:
- • Bachelor's degree
- • 1-3 years supporting a business vertical or collaborative project within a global organization
- • First-class writing, editing, and communication skills
- • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a competitive and fast-paced environment
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- • Knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms (Knak, Marketo, Drupal)
- • Ability to stay abreast of news, trends, and developments in the space
Salary : $30 - $35
