They are looking for a Delivery Lead / Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and can drive complex digital initiatives from discovery through launch. This person will serve as the connective tissue between clients, design teams, product stakeholders, and engineering partners—ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.

What You'll Do
Program & Delivery Leadership
- Lead multiple digital product initiatives simultaneously across strategy, design, and development workstreams.
- Define project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and delivery frameworks.
- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Ensure teams remain aligned on priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
Client Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor and day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, workshops, and executive presentations.
- Communicate project health, risks, and recommendations clearly to both internal and external teams.
- Build strong relationships that foster long-term client partnerships.
Cross-Functional Team Management
- Partner closely with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Strategists, Engineers, and Studio Leadership.
- Coordinate resources across multiple disciplines and workstreams.
- Create clarity around roles, responsibilities, timelines, and expectations.
- Support teams in maintaining momentum while removing blockers and resolving conflicts.
Process & Operations
- Establish and refine delivery processes that improve team efficiency and project outcomes.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives where applicable.
- Monitor project budgets, utilization, forecasting, and overall engagement performance.
- Implement best practices that support scalable, repeatable delivery excellence.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 6 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Delivery Management, or similar client-facing roles.
- Experience managing digital product, UX, design, or software development projects.
- Background working within a digital agency, design consultancy, product studio, or innovation-focused environment.
- Proven success managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Skills
- Strong understanding of digital product development lifecycles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
- Comfortable facilitating workshops, presentations, and executive-level discussions.
Tools & Methodologies
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Airtable, or similar project management platforms.
- Comfortable working alongside product, design, and engineering teams using Figma and modern collaboration tools.
Salary : $155,000 - $180,000
