Location: Secaucus, NJ (Hybrid)

Work Model: Onsite four (4) days per week

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in full-stack development and enterprise system integration. This role requires a hybrid work arrangement, with a mandatory presence in our Secaucus, New Jersey office four days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure software applications utilizing C# and the .NET framework.
• Build and maintain dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular or React.
• Design, optimize, and manage relational databases and complex queries using SQL.
• Integrate, configure, and customize solutions within M365 Dynamics or other enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Leverage cloud and low-code/no-code technologies, specifically Azure Cloud, Power Apps, or Power Automate, to streamline business processes and enhance application capabilities.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and adhere to best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical discipline is strictly required.
• Experience: Four (4) to six (6) years of professional software development experience.
• Core Technical Skills: Proficiency in backend development using C# and .NET.
• Proficiency in frontend development using Angular or React.
• Strong database management and query optimization skills using SQL.
• Enterprise & Cloud Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience with M365 Dynamics or an equivalent CRM system.
• Practical experience utilizing Azure Cloud services, Microsoft Power Apps, or Microsoft Power Automate.
