- Under the direction of a Financial Analyst I (SG 23) within the Office of Financial Services/Accounting/Accounts Receivable, the position will assist in maintaining customer accounts. Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering emails sent to the shared billing email account
- Responding to employers'/customers' requests for electronic payments
- Registering employers/customers in the WCB Customer Portal for ACH Debit payments
- Creating items requested in the Statewide Financial System (SFS)
- Updating employer/customer addresses in SFS
- Creating new customers in SFS
- Processing bi-weekly statements
- Assisting the Deposit Desk with deposit review and zero deposits for checks as needed
- Reassessment of Offer of Settlements that are paid in full in the Compliance Database (IC2)
- Email Default Notices to employers who defaulted on payment plans
- Entering Statement Holds per the Bankruptcy report in SFS
- Registering for Vendor/Supplier ID as requested in SFS
