What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Specialist position at New York State Unified Court System?
The New York State Unified Court System Division of Human Resources is recruiting for (1) position in the Analyst Series. The position will be filled in one of the following titles and will be dependent on the qualifications and experience of the applicant selected: Principal Court Analyst, Senior Court Analyst, or Court Analyst. This position will play a key support role in complex recruitment initiatives within the recruitment unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting complex, multi-site recruitment initiatives.
- Preparing analyses and summaries for leadership.
- Addressing higher-level applicant and stakeholder inquiries.
- Preparing outreach materials.
- Summarizing recruitment data.
- Responding to applicant and stakeholder inquiries.
- Coordinating with internal partners on recruitment initiatives.
- Reviewing information from vendors and applicant systems.
- Preparing detailed spreadsheets and briefings.
- Helping monitor advertising and outreach campaigns.
- Leading logistics for job fairs and outreach events.
- Maintaining unit schedules and tracking tools.
- Contributing to updating procedures and training materials.
- Supporting partner engagement efforts.
- Providing guidance to junior staff.
Qualifications:
Principal Court Analyst: One year in the Senior Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Base Salary: $84,659
Senior Court Analyst: One year in the Court Analyst title; or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Base Salary: $76,112
Court Analyst: One year in the Assistant Court Analyst title; or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Base Salary: $64,971
