Key Responsibilities
Constituent Services
- Serve as a first point of contact for constituents seeking assistance with state and local agencies.
- Intake, track, and follow up on constituent cases
- Help identify community trends and issues, give recommendations for legislative follow-up.
- Attend community events, meetings, and hearings to assist with constituent engagement.
- Draft constituent correspondence, prepare case summaries, and maintain organized case files.
Digital Media & Communications
- Capture photos and short-form videos at events across the district.
- Support the Communications Director by editing videos and preparing social media content.
- Assist in developing creative digital campaigns that highlight constituent stories, district wins, and legislative updates.
- Help manage the office’s social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Design simple graphics for newsletters, flyers, mailers, and event promotions.
- Maintain organized photo/video libraries and assist with media planning.
