Under the direction of higher-level Human Resources staff in the OPRHP Main Office - Human Resources Bureau, the selected candidate’s duties will include, but are not limited to:

Duties Description
Under the direction of higher-level Human Resources staff in the OPRHP Main Office - Human Resources Bureau, the selected candidate’s duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to basic inquiries.
- Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and internal correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and distribute meeting notes
- Accurately enter and update information into databases and spreadsheets.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
- Additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
Additional Comments
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and WebEx.
- Ability to learn new computer applications.
- Experience managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to communicate with diverse individuals effectively and professionally on varying levels, both within an agency as well as outsize organizations.
