Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bronx, NY, for the position of Director of Constituent Services. The Director of Constituent Services will manage interactions with constituents, address individual needs through casework, and develop and execute strategies to ensure community issues are prioritized. Additional responsibilities include planning and coordinating outreach initiatives, managing relationships with stakeholders, and supporting the Assembly member’s legislative and district objectives through strategic planning and collaboration with legislative staff.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Constituent Services and Casework to address and resolve community inquiries and concerns.
- Experience in Budgeting and Strategic Planning to effectively allocate resources and support district priorities.
- Knowledge of Legislative Relations to collaborate effectively with the Assembly and relevant policymakers.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities, with a commitment to serving the community.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with diverse community groups and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal government processes is a plus.
