You will prospect aggressively, win new brands and contract manufacturers, and scale accounts from first sample to multi‑SKU programs. Science literacy and familiarity with the fragrance industry are a strong plus. The candidate must have a strong, enthusiastic, positive attitude and exceptional creativity and innovation.

What You’ll Do
- Proactively win brand new clients: Prospect daily, research, cold outreach, networking, events, and partnerships to build a robust pipeline.
- Map and penetrate target accounts (brand owners, indie brands, contract manufacturers, private label) and develop multi‑threaded relationships.
- Run the full sales cycle: from discovery to Partner with Outside Sales, Perfumery, Marketing Applications, Regulatory, and Operations to deliver winning demos, pilots, and launches.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity in Deacom our ERP system.
- Report weekly
- Represent the company at industry events and prospect on the road .
- Expand beyond Personal Care when opportunities arise, for example, household and laundry.
- 3–8 years of B2B new‑business sales; fragrance/ingredients/chemical or CPG contract manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proven hunter profile: high outreach volume, disciplined follow‑up, consistent new‑client wins.
- Working knowledge of fragrance development and constraints (e.g., IFRA, MoCRA awareness) welcomed.
- Strong commercial acumen, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills.
- Near a major U.S. airport; valid driver’s license; ability to travel frequently.
- Bachelor’s degree required; chemistry/science/business preferred.
