The New York Red Bulls are one of 30 teams in Major League Soccer (MLS). RBNY, one of the ten charter clubs of MLS, have competed in the league since its founding in 1996. The Red Bulls play home matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium (SIS) in Harrison, New Jersey. The three-time MLS Supporters' Shield Winners are owned by the Austrian beverage company Red Bull for which the team is named. The New York Red Bulls offer one of the nation's premier youth soccer development programs, from local soccer partnerships across New York and New Jersey to Regional Development Schools and the Red Bulls Academy teams.
Purpose of this Internship
The purpose of this position is to learn the behind-the-scenes operations of a sports team by working closely within the Equipment department. This position will experience the crucial function the equipment team plays in daily operations around team training and match preparations. This role will also provide a hands-on opportunity to aid in logistics management as our team begins preparations to move to a new, state-of-the-art training facility ahead of the 2026 season.
This is an unpaid, for credit internship only (proof that you will receive credit is required).

- Must be working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree and eligible to receive college credit for this position
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A passion or eagerness to work in the Sports industry
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
- Comfortable and proficient with various technology including Microsoft Office
- Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality within a team environment
- Personable and enthusiastic about participating in a team environment.
