From Home Delivery and Post Sports to e-editions and email newsletters, the team works on a variety of campaigns aimed at both acquiring new subscribers and retaining existing ones. With a focus on innovative marketing tactics, strategic partnerships, and creative promotional efforts, the Consumer Marketing team plays a critical role in expanding the Post's reach and strengthening its connection with readers.

You'll have the unique opportunity to work on a wide range of marketing strategies and tactics that drive acquisition, retention, and engagement for our products, including Home Delivery, Post Sports , e-edition, email newsletters, and more! You'll be exposed to everything from direct marketing campaigns and paid social media to event promotion and partnership development. This is a hands-on, creative role where you'll get to contribute to real marketing efforts and have a direct impact on the business.
Note: This internship is scheduled to run from June 2, 2025, to August 8, 2025. Participants are expected to work full time hours and adhere to our hybrid office schedule.

What You'll Do
- Support a variety of direct marketing campaigns, including direct mail, inserts, paid social media, and both print and digital advertising.
- Assist with managing paid social media campaigns, pitching new ideas to enhance engagement, measuring results, and keeping track of the latest market trends.
- Help create promotional materials and assist with outreach and venue research for exciting marketing events.
- Provide on-the-ground support for marketing events (if applicable), ensuring everything runs smoothly and aligns with brand objectives.
- Identify and compile potential partnership opportunities with like-minded audiences to support and drive our business goals.
- Help maintain subscriber engagement through benefits programs, special partner offers, and exciting giveaways to keep our audience connected.
- A passion for consumer marketing, creativity, and an interest in learning how major brands like the New York Post engage with their audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to work independently, contributing creative ideas while also collaborating with the team.
