Gustavo Dudamel will become the Philharmonic’s Oscar L. Tang and H.M. Agnes Hsu-Tang Music and Artistic Director beginning at the start of the 2026-2027 season.
About the Role
The New York Philharmonic seeks a strategic and relationship‑driven Director, Individual Giving to lead our annual giving and membership efforts for donors contributing up to $25,000 annually. This role is central to cultivating meaningful donor relationships, strengthening our community of supporters, and advancing the Philharmonic’s mission.
The Director oversees the Friends, Patron, and Young New Yorkers programs, manages a high‑performing team, and maintains a personal portfolio of Patron‑level donors. This is an opportunity for a collaborative development leader who enjoys being deeply engaged with donors, colleagues, and the artistic life of an internationally renowned cultural institution.
SALARY
$130,000.00 – $156,000.00 per year
