THE JOB: As a Parking Ambassador at NYNY, you create a welcoming first impression by delivering friendly, efficient service from the moment guests arrive. You’ll manage vehicle flow in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safe and seamless parking operations while minimizing congestion and delays. As a knowledgeable property ambassador, you’ll assist guests with hotel information, local attractions, and personalized recommendations. You’ll also address guest concerns with professionalism, escalating issues as needed and maintaining a secure, service-focused environment.
