Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and networking to build a client base, conducting needs-based financial reviews, preparing presentations, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. The role also involves learning and applying New York Life’s planning tools and processes, tracking performance metrics, and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards. As part of the fast track to management, the professional will be coached to develop leadership capabilities, support team collaboration, and may assume supervisory or mentoring responsibilities as performance and experience grow.
