Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate strategies.
- Knowledge of Finance and Financial Services, including basic understanding of insurance, investments, and retirement products.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and build trust-based relationships.
- Ability to work in a goals-driven, client-centric environment, including prospecting, networking, and managing a personal book of business.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to acting in clients’ best interests at all times.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing schedules, follow-up, and documentation independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is a plus.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain applicable state insurance licenses and, where required, securities and advisory licenses (training and support may be provided).
