Role Description
This IS NOT a 9-5 job where your boss yells at you to make 100 cold calls a day and forces you to work OT that you may not get fully paid for. If this is what you want, please don't apply. However, if you want to control your schedule and ultimate success in a partnership with me, then please apply.
I am not hiring employees. Instead, I am hiring coachable people who want to build a long-term professional partnership in a multi-million dollar organization. I want someone who is dedicated to learning how to provide valuable insight and strategies to clients who want a better financial future for their families.
This is a full-time, hybrid Financial Representative/Advisor position where you control your schedule; however, during the first year (or sooner) will require you to attend vital training and interact with your management team. It is a hybrid, as you need to get out and meet with your clients.
This position is based in Sandy, UT, where, after providing you with some of the best and most extensive training in the industry, you can obtain your certifications and advance to a financial advisor role.
While training, you can use your entrepreneurial spirit to learn how to best run your own practice with oversight, direction, and mentoring from your partner.
New York Life prides itself on developing you to be the best you can be, provided you put in the effort.
The company invests about $300,000 in your state-of-the-art training and tools that will assist you in learning how to make your business a success.
In these roles, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, providing financial products and insurance solutions, and achieving monthly sales goals to receive a training allowance.
Daily tasks include building long-term relationships while consulting with clients to identify their retirement, insurance, and financial needs. Recommending tailored solutions that specifically meet their goals and needs, while delivering excellent customer service.
Additional responsibilities include participating in weekly training programs to stay updated on industry trends and compliance regulations.
The only limit to your income is your determination to make this a great career!
Here, you keep 100% of your profits and do not share with your manager.
You have unlimited growth opportunities.
