Compensation:
$120,555 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Build and grow your own client base
- Help individuals and families plan for retirement, protection, education, and wealth accumulation
- Provide customized insurance and financial solutions
- Develop your expertise through ongoing training and professional development
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' needs and goals.
- Conduct a thorough financial analysis and provide insights on investment management and cash flow.
- Advise clients on estate planning, tax strategies, and wealth management options.
- Utilize financial software to track and manage client portfolios effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and market trends to provide informed advice.
Qualifications:
- MUST LIVE IN THE LUBBOCK AREA.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field.
- Ability to build and maintain a strong client base through networking and relationship-building.
- Proven track record of providing customized financial solutions to meet diverse client needs.
- Strong understanding of retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and protection strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
