Job Summary
We are recruiting a Vice President of Project Execution (EVP) with strategic vision and outstanding execution capabilities. This role will take full responsibility for the planning, governance, and efficient execution of the company's key strategic projects.
As a core member of the company's executive leadership team, this position will be responsible for translating strategic goals into actionable project roadmaps, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of cross-departmental and cross-regional projects, and driving sustainable growth and operational excellence globally.
This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and works closely with the CEO and other senior management teams to drive the implementation of company strategy and optimize global operations.
Key Responsibilities
I. Strategic Project Leadership and Execution
Lead the overall planning, advancement, and implementation of company-wide strategic projects, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and growth objectives.
Translate the strategic vision into an actionable portfolio of projects, phased objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate the prioritization and resource allocation of high-impact projects, balancing risk, budget, and timeline to maximize project ROI.
Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and various business units to promote cross-departmental resource synergy and execution consistency.
II. Project Management and Governance System Construction
Establish and improve the company's global project governance framework to ensure transparent, efficient, and auditable project execution.
Promote a standardized project management system and a scalable PMO (Project Management Office) mechanism.
Regularly monitor portfolio performance, identify key risks, develop response plans, and ensure strategic direction remains on track.
Implement data-driven project debriefing, performance analysis, and continuous improvement processes.
III. Operational Excellence and Resource Optimization
Continuously improve organizational execution efficiency through process reengineering, automation, and data analysis.
Coordinate product, technology, operations, and finance teams to ensure project deliverables translate into business and customer value.
Develop and manage project budgets, maintaining financial discipline and execution agility.
IV. Team and Leadership Development
Build and lead a high-performing project management leadership team, ensuring global execution capabilities.
Mentor and develop core project leaders and a pipeline of future leaders to strengthen the organization's delivery capabilities.
Foster a results-oriented, accountable, and agile innovation team culture.
V. Innovation, Collaboration, and Business Growth
Promote innovation and practice in blockchain technology, decentralized ecosystems, and digital asset solutions.

Qualifications
18 years of professional experience, including 10 years of project or portfolio leadership experience, with a background in financial services, fintech, blockchain, or high-tech industries.
Significant track record in multinational corporations or multi-regional project execution, with experience in large-scale organizational transformation or strategic implementation.
Deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, digital asset infrastructure, and related regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, cross-cultural communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree or above (Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related fields); MBA or equivalent executive education background preferred.
PMP, PgMP, or other project management certifications are preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
1. Performance-Based Compensation Structure
Annual Performance Bonus: 25%–35% of base salary, depending on project delivery and team performance.
