New York Health Care, a licensed home care agency (LHCSA) now in our 43rd year of business is seeking part time / per diem Registered Nurses (RN) to perform home care visits in and around the city of Middletown, NY.
Duties Include:
· Visit patients in their homes to perform clinical assessments
· Supervise home health aides
· Document and update patient care plans
· Update clinical records
Requirements:
· Valid RN license
· Previous Home Care experience
· Reliable transportation to commute to locations
· English proficient in both the oral and written form (Bilingual Spanish & English Preferred)
· Ability to work independently and responsibly
Compensation:
· Per visit rates up to $100
· Flexible schedule including part time and per diem options
