New York Hardware is seeking a junior level, reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service & Operations Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting daily showroom operations, assisting customers, and maintaining organized, accurate displays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Open and process incoming orders
- Ensure all displays are accurately priced and up to date
- Update and move showroom displays as needed
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
- Handle shipping and receiving of products and inventory
- Assist with customer pick-ups and order coordination
- Other functions or duties requested of you to support the Company
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 30 lbs
- Comfortable with standing, moving, and handling heavy displays, shipments, and inventory throughout the day
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Previous retail, showroom, or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Compensation: This role pays $16.90 hourly. As a full-time employee, you would be eligible for company benefits.
