Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Live Sales Host role based in Tinton Falls, NJ. The Live Sales Host will present and demonstrate beauty and cosmetics products during live-streamed sales sessions, showcasing features, benefits, shades, and usage tips in an engaging, brand-aligned manner. The role includes preparing products and scripts in advance, setting up displays and basic lighting, and coordinating with the marketing and operations teams to highlight new arrivals, promotions, and closeout deals. The host will interact with viewers in real time by answering questions, addressing concerns, and encouraging conversions while maintaining an inclusive, customer-focused tone. Day-to-day responsibilities also include tracking product performance during lives, providing feedback on content and merchandising ideas, and supporting video content creation for social media and other digital platforms as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong on-camera presence, clear verbal communication, and the ability to engage live audiences in a confident, friendly, and professional manner.
- Demonstrated interest and knowledge in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and hair care products, including current trends and basic product ingredients or benefits.
- Comfort with live-streaming platforms, social media tools, and basic video/lighting setup; willingness to learn new digital tools and systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to answer product questions, handle objections, and support inclusive, respectful interactions with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple live sessions, products, and promotions in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, beauty advising, brand ambassadorship, or hosting (online or in-person) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work on-site in Tinton Falls, NJ, including occasional evenings or weekends based on live show schedules.
