As an Entry-Level Client Account Associate, you’ll lead AT&T customer service and sales operations for AT&T Retail - service inquiries, activating broadband accounts, and maintaining accurate data across residential territories. The Entry-Level Client Account Associate completes structured training in CRM systems, sales campaign strategies, and service positioning, equipping you to deliver precise, brand-aligned support that drives retention and reinforces trust.
Essential Functions of the Client Account Associate Role:
- Execute direct customer service and sales campaigns on behalf of AT&T Communications to drive sales metrics, enhance the client experience, and improve customer retention.
- Meet with potential clients to provide information regarding AT&T’s fiber and broadband services and recommend products best suited to their needs.
- Troubleshoot service issues and escalate complex concerns, ensuring customers receive timely, solution-driven support that reflects AT&T’s standards.
- Manage account activities, including service activations, billing updates, and enrollment changes—maintaining clean, compliant CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams across sales, field operations, and service delivery to resolve account issues and enhance customer and client satisfaction.
- Complete structured training modules, gaining expertise in CRM systems, service workflows, and AT&T’s product positioning.
- Uphold AT&T’s reputation by delivering consistent, professional support and maintaining a customer-first mindset in every interaction.
Education & Experience Needed for the Client Account Associate Role:
- High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework or a degree in business, communications, or marketing is appreciated.
- 1 year of experience in customer service, account support, or telecom operations preferred—especially in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
- High attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple account tasks while maintaining service accuracy and compliance.
