If you are on an established list, your list number must be reachable to be considered for appointment."Compensation: Salary:Associate Project Manager I: $90,551Associate Project Manager II: $99,759Associate Project Manager III: $120,427Responsibilities: This position is responsible for successfully managing complex, multimillion-dollar Capital projects. The incumbent will:Coordinate project activities from preparation, review, and comment of contract documents through project close-out requirements. These may include scope review, design review, field visitations, RFIs, AWOs, inspections, testing, submittals, O&M manuals, training, warranties, invoices, etc.Liaison between NYCT DOS, MTA C&D, internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of the project.Monitor project performance against established baselines and pursue improvements in various projects including Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA).Identify project risks and advise management of recommended solutions to mitigate the impact on agency operations.Ensure that project activities follow established agency requirements, as well as compliance with all relevant standards, codes, guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures.Education and Experience:Associate Project Manager I:One year of full-time satisfactory experience in supervising employees performing project management work, such as planning, administering, managing, coordinating, or expediting, on engineering and/or architectural and/or landscape architectural projects, or supervising a construction project with a value of $1,000,000 or more, and either:A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, engineering technology, architecture, landscape architecture, architectural technology, construction, construction management, construction technology, sustainable design, urban planning, urban studies, city planning, transportation planning, business administration, or public administration, and one year of full­time satisfactory experience in project management work, such as planning, administering, managing, coordinating, or expediting, for engineering and/or architectural and/or landscape architectural projects; or A four year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and five years of experience as described in "1" above; orA four year high school diploma or its educational equivalent plus any combination of college or university education and/or experience described in "1" above to make up the equivalent of five years of education and experience.
