Qualifications
- Proficiency in Special Education and Teaching, with a strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Experience in working with students with Disabilities.
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of classroom management strategies and inclusive education methods
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field; a teaching certification in Special Education is required
- Previous experience in a public school setting is a plus
- Familiar with using specially design instruction to meet students needs in a mixed ability and multilevel classroom setting.
