Minimum Qualifications
Prefer candidates with an advanced technology degree and ten (10) or more years of full-time experience working in business consulting, project or programs management, or a similar role. Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-workstream technology implementations is strongly preferred.

- Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to assess proposed technology initiatives, set priorities, and establish cross-functional working groups;
- Manage multiple project teams simultaneously, ensuring coordination and alignment across all team members;
- Drive successful project execution by tracking timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics;
- Partner with operations and business leaders to capture business needs and requirements, ensuring clear communication and strong alignment;
- Possess the ability to simplify the technically complex projects and drive well-educated decisions across business owners;
- Develop roadmaps, executive dashboards and delivery playbooks;
- Demonstrate capability to simplify complex technical initiatives and enable well-informed decisions across business owners/ stakeholders.

- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and three years full- time satisfactory professional experience related to the projects and policies to be studied in the particular position, including eighteen months of experience in a managerial, consultative, administrative or supervisory capacity.
- Education and/or experience which is equivalent to “1” above; however, all candidates must possess eighteen months of experience in a managerial, consultative, administrative or supervisory capacity as described above.
