About the Role:

The Afterschool Teacher plays a vital role in supporting the academic and social development of students outside regular school hours. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for managing student pickups.
• Clear background check and compliance with state and local regulations for working with minors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Experience in afterschool program instruction or tutoring.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children, parents, and staff.
