Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for managing student pickups.
- Clear background check and compliance with state and local regulations for working with minors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
