We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team in New York. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to enhance interpersonal relationships and community well-being through effective counseling and intervention strategies.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling services to clients.
- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop treatment plans.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary.
- Collaborate with community resources to facilitate client support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Educate clients on coping strategies and resources available.

Qualifications * Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Social Worker.
- Strong experience in mental health counseling and crisis intervention.
