Job Summary
We are seeking an On-Call Plumbing Instructor to provide classroom coverage when the regular instructor is unavailable. This position is ideal for experienced plumbers or plumbing mechanics interested in teaching part-time on an as-needed basis. Training and curriculum support will be provided. Candidates should have strong plumbing knowledge, professionalism, and the ability to work well with adult students in a hands-on trade school environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include taking attendance
- Covering both theory and hands-on practical topics
- Supervising classroom activities, maintaining a safe and professional learning environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven plumbing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Teaching license is NOT required at the time of hiring; however, the candidate must begin the teacher license application process during the training period
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
