Hours: 5 / 8.5 Hour Shifts Mon-Fri

In This Role, You Will
- Answer telephones at a high volume; respond to inquiries; resolve issues.
- Enters data into the computer.
- Protect patient privacy by adhering to the HIPAA confidentiality guidelines
- At least 1 years’ experience as a call center operator preferably in the medical field.
- Excellent computer and customer service skills.
- High school diploma required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
