In this role, you will :
- Manage health problems and coordinate care for Oncology / Hematology patients in alignment with State and Federal regulations and nursing standards of care.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient status.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to prepare patients preoperatively and manage postoperative clinical care.
- Deliver patient-centered care focused on improving outcomes and enhancing the patient experience.

Starting Salary : $165,000 / year based on experience.
