Job Description:
Location: Ridge, NY
Schedule: Full-Time; Monday–Friday (8-5:30 )
Organization: NYCBS
In this role, you will:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including requisition intake, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, competencies, and cultural alignment.
Partner closely with hiring managers and operational leadership to understand workforce needs, timelines, and hiring priorities.
Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and provide routine updates on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring activity.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and talent communities.
Create compelling, accurate job advertisements that attract high-quality candidates.
Ensure recruitment practices remain compliant with EEO and applicable employment regulations.
Collaborate with HR and onboarding partners to deliver a seamless candidate experience from interview through start date.
Track and maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday experience preferred).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Strong understanding of modern sourcing methodologies and recruitment marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
Self-directed with effective time-management skills.

Salary: Up to $80,000 annually based on experience
