New York Bus Sales, the largest authorized Blue Bird Bus dealership in New York State currently has an immediate opening for a Bus Sales Coordinator-Commercial in our current Chittenango, NY location. This location will be re-locating to a new, expanded location in Syracuse, NY mid-Spring.

JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of the Inside Sales Coordinator is to coordinate and organize documents and deliveries for the Commercial Division of the Sales Department
SUPERVISION
General Supervision- the Inside Sales Coordinator develops or performs complex duties within established policy guidelines. Most assignments are completed independently. The progression of achieving goals as well as the results of work done are regularly reviewed by the Director of Sales.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configuring Quotes in Blue Bird and Microbird Ordering Systems
- Manage, Maintain, and Support Initiatives Specific to the Development and Growth of the Commercial Market In New York and Connecticut.
- Working With Sales Team to Prioritize Pricing from OEM Partners
- Hunting opportunities for our Sales Team in different market segments
- Supporting Entire Sales Process with Entering Accurate Information in all Internal Systems
- Collaborating with External and Internal Team Members to Ensure Open Communication.
- Coordinating Trade Shows and Demonstrations
OTHER DUTIES
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION / REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Previous sales experience a must, more specifically in the automotive industry.
· Minimum 5 Year Experience in a Dealership setting, medium and light duty industry preferred.

- Understand the company’s oral and written instructions/policies sufficiently.
- Correspond with customers, vendors, supervisors, and other employees in a concise and professional manner via all available communication channels, email, sales quotes, verbal, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Plan and organize appointments and accomplish multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, accomplishing the goals of the position with little direct supervision.
- MUST be detail oriented and ability to focus on specifications and consistency.
- MUST be able to multi-task and move from one task to another without error.
- Detail oriented with the ability to read production orders and detailed diagrams as well as communicate changes in orders and option content.
- Be safety conscious and demonstrate the ability to follow prescribed safety practices as to prevent injuries to self and other employees.
