Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Marketing Director. The position is based in White Plains, NY, with the flexibility to work from home on a part-time basis. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing marketing operations, and collaborating closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
The Director will support Marketing Growth and Program Development for NYBASS, CH and KH. Cognifica Health is a full-service Mental Health practice with offices in Riverhead, NY; White Plains, NY; and Cortlandt Manor, NY. Plans are to add three more locations in the next 24 months. Kronos Health is the consulting arm of the practice that develops medical software solutions and Revenue Cycle Management for other practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to develop strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Experience in Marketing Management and Marketing to lead campaigns and streamline operations
- Strong understanding of Sales and its alignment with marketing strategies
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to remote and in-office environments
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a requirement.
