Job Description:
The Sales Manager for New York Beauty Management is a key member of the management company’s leadership team, focusing on the Admission’s department, and therefore responsible for driving revenue growth and meeting enrollment targets across multiple career school campuses. The successful candidate will bring a passion for education, and the ability to lead high-performing teams to consistently achieve results.
As head of the Admissions department the Sales Manager will oversee the entire student recruitment pipeline, from lead generation to enrollment, ensuring prospective students are effectively guided through the decision-making process. This role requires a proactive strategist who can implement data-driven sales initiatives, optimize conversion rates, and maintain strong relationships with community partners to expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue & Growth: Develop and execute strategies that drive enrollment growth, revenue generation, and market share expansion.
- Lead Conversion: Oversee the student recruitment pipeline, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion of inquiries into enrollments through CRM systems.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate campus admissions teams, providing coaching, training, and performance management to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Pipeline Management: Track KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, and enrollment numbers; prepare and present admissions performance reports to senior leadership.
- Community & Partner Relations: Build and maintain partnerships with high schools, vocational programs, and community organizations to generate qualified leads and promote school programs.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with admissions goals, ensuring effective targeting, messaging, and ROI on marketing efforts.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all admissions and enrollment processes meet federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Partner with financial aid, student services, and academic teams to ensure seamless enrollment and onboarding experience.
- Travel: Willingness to visit multiple campus locations on Long Island and within the NYC boroughs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales management, preferably in education, career training, or a service-based industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales management.
- Familiarity with education or career-training industry trends preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related sales tools.
- Bilingual- English/Spanish a must

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
