We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Bagel Baker & Prep Person to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in quality food, and don't mind early mornings, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix bagel dough according to recipes
- Shape, proof, and bake fresh bagels daily
- Prep ingredients for sandwiches, spreads, and other menu items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and food preparation as needed
- Follow food safety and quality standards
- Work efficiently with the team to ensure products are ready on time
Qualifications
- Bakery, kitchen, or food prep experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working early morning shifts or late night.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Able to think on your feet.
