New York Ave is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) in the Daytona Beach area to fuel growth and expand our presence across Central Florida. This high-energy, field-focused role is perfect for someone who’s self-motivated, thrives on building connections, and is passionate about helping local businesses grow through proven marketing strategies.


As a BDR, you’ll take the lead in prospecting, cold outreach, and discovery meetings with the primary goal of setting qualified appointments. Once you’ve qualified a prospect, you’ll hand them off to our President or Principal Consultant to close, playing a key role in driving revenue and client success.

Compensation Plan


  • Full time, contract position (1099)
  • 1-2 weeks paid training
  • $55K-$65K base retainer (**Quarterly or annualized sales KPIs must be met to retain contract**)
  • Reimbursements and expense account option
  • Bonuses for hitting KPIs

Key Responsibilities


  • Prospect in territory and surrounding cities via drive-by stop-ins, cold calls, and email outreach
  • Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients
  • Input all activity into the CRM and maintain accurate records
  • Provide leadership with key prospect details to support proposal creation and sales pitches
  • Attend weekly sales meetings with leadership to share progress and insights
  • Represent New York Ave at networking functions and trade shows, with proactive follow-ups
  • Stay engaged with clients you help bring on board to support renewals

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
