What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master Auto Technician position at New York Auto Radiator Inc?
We are looking for a Master technician to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles. Knowledge on soldering and welding is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
- Inspect vehicle and electronic systems to repair
- Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.)
- Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
Skills
- Proven experience as auto mechanic
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
- Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
- Ability to handle various tools and equipment
- High school diploma is required
- Valid certification is a definite plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
