Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fleet Expansion Manager—Gulfstream, location open with deep networks in the New York City Metropolitan Area, West Coast and other major markets. The role involves identifying fleet expansion opportunities, conducting competitive market research, negotiating contracts, and building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. The Fleet Expansion Manager will collaborate with internal teams, lead sales initiatives to target the private aviation market, and manage cross-functional projects to ensure successful expansion of the Gulfstream fleet.

- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities for identifying trends, evaluating opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Experience in Team Management and Sales, with proven ability to lead teams and drive business growth in the private aviation sector.
- Familiarity with the Gulfstream product line and strong understanding of private aviation operations is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in fleet management roles.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
