Fast paced Property Management Brokerage in search of full time administrative assistant in the Maintenance Department of a single family property management brokerage. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, self-motivated, possess the ability to follow instruction, have a strong customer service background and great time management skills. Having single family property management experience and knowledge of Rent Manager is a plus!
Duties not limited to
- Inbound/Outbound calls
- Taking detailed work orders
- Dispatch work orders to vendors
- Tenant/Vendor/Owner follow up
- General Requests/Tenant disputes
- Data Entry/Filing
Strong customer service background and strong time management skills are highly favored
