What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting wireless plans, devices, and accessories that best fit their needs.
- Educate customers on products, features, promotions, and service offerings.
- Demonstrate devices and services through engaging product presentations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Upsell products, accessories, and services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure the sales floor remains clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and merchandising activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
- Stay current on wireless technology, products, and promotions.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless, electronics, or technology sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and identify their needs.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling preferred.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule between our operating hours of 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday - Saturday.
