WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PRODUCT SUPPLY STRATEGY MANAGER

We are seeking an inventory management professional with exceptional communication and presentation skills. An eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills are advantageous in this remote position. Does that sound like you? If so, and you meet the following criteria, we would like to have you as our remote Product Supply Strategy Manager!

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or a similar role, preferably within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry, particularly in household cleaners or a related sector
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
• Solid understanding of supply chain principles, including forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP

Possessing these skills is also preferred:

• Proven experience with master data management within an ERP system; NetSuite proficiency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PRODUCT SUPPLY STRATEGY MANAGER

As a Product Supply Strategy Manager at our household cleaning products company, you analyze sales data and market trends to improve demand forecasts for dish pods and cleaning essentials. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure promotional activities and product launches align with our needs. When developing a balanced supply plan, you consider production capacity, lead times, and inventory goals. Additionally, you manage safety stock levels to ensure the availability of finished goods and raw materials.

This full-time remote inventory management role works a consistent schedule of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
