Your Day Might Include
- Welcome patients with warmth and enthusiasm
- Room patients and help them feel comfortable before seeing the provider
- Cheer patients on during their health and weight loss journey
- Celebrate milestones and encourage healthy habits
- Take vital signs and update medical information
- Assist providers during patient visits
- Answer phones with professionalism and compassion
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up visits
- Help patients understand next steps and treatment plans
- Keep exam rooms organized, stocked, and ready
- Work closely with teammates to keep the clinic running smoothly
- Help create a positive experience from check-in to check-out
- Occasionally assist with social media content, patient success stories, or wellness events
