The Staff Development and Training (SDT) Associate will design and conduct on-going training programs to meet facility needs. They will assist and advise others in the preparation of training materials. Also updates training curriculum as needed. This person will monitor and track training compliance for assigned departments.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Currently certified or eligible to be certified as an American Heart Association Basic Life Support Instructor
- Currently certified or eligible to be certified as a Safety Care Trainer
- Have ability to work a flexible schedule
- Basic computer skills including data entry
- Ability to meet criminal background, drug screening
