The Finance and Business offices function in a fiscal capacity and perform a variety of client services. The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for contract payments, posting and balancing resident expense sheets for the month, and closing out monthly and fiscal year. This person will work with Shipping/Receiving and Purchasing to ensure vendor products are received. Will also reconcile statements and invoices for correct payment. This person will back up resident inventory, resident payroll, and medical bills.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have a driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance
- Must be able to meet criminal background and drug screening standards
